I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooms were nice and super clean, and I was greeted each morning by the lovely and smiling lady in charge. The service, especially from Mustafa and Erdan, was beyond amazing. They even surprised us with a cake for my son's 12th birthday. The location was great, near all the major tourist destinations with good connectivity to public transport. However, the area around the hotel seemed shady and dodgy, giving the place a bad reputation.
My stay at the Best Western Premier Senator Hotel Istanbul was a mix of comfort and noise. The rooms, although clean and comfy, suffered from disruptive air conditioning noise at night. The hotel offers a reasonable price for the quality of the rooms.
The hotel is very accessible for wheelchair users and offers a nice view. The rooms are quite small, though. The staff are professional and helpful, representing the hotel well. The location is good with many shops and restaurants nearby, but it may not be exactly what you're looking for.
